Nõudusprotsess

Nõudusprotsess refers to the legal process in Estonia for asserting and resolving a monetary claim. It is a type of civil procedure aimed at recovering a debt or enforcing a financial obligation. This may involve direct payment, or if the defendant fails to comply voluntarily, the creditor can initiate enforcement proceedings. This typically involves a bailiff who can seize assets or garnish wages to satisfy the debt.
