McCurtain
McCurtain is a county located in the southeastern corner of Oklahoma. It is bordered by the states of Arkansas and Texas. The county seat is Idabel. McCurtain County was created from the Choctaw Nation and Apache territory in 1907. The county is named for Green McCurtain, a prominent Choctaw leader and statesman. The population of McCurtain County was 31,751 as of the 2020 census.
