Målsägandebiträde
A målsägandebiträde is a legal representative appointed in Swedish criminal proceedings to assist and represent a victim (målsägande). This role is primarily for victims of certain types of crimes, such as sexual offenses, violence, or crimes against children, where the victim may be particularly vulnerable or have suffered significant harm.
