Lopposition is a neologism used in political discourse to describe a form of organized opposition that emphasizes procedural engagement, policy critique through formal channels, and constructive collaboration with the governing majority to achieve incremental reform. In this sense, it is contrasted with more confrontational styles of opposition that rely on protests or overt obstruction.

The term appears inconsistently in sources and is not universally defined; it is sometimes argued to derive from a combination of "low" or "soft" with "opposition," or to signal a "low-intensity" form of political contest.
