Longjia
Longjia (龙嘉) is a toponym in China that may refer to several places. The most notable is Longjia Town (龙嘉镇), located in Jiutai District, Changchun, in Jilin Province. Changchun Longjia International Airport (长春龙嘉国际机场) lies in the vicinity of Longjia Town and serves Changchun and the surrounding region; the airport is commonly referred to as Longjia Airport. Beyond the town and airport, the name Longjia is used for various smaller settlements and administrative units in different counties. The origin of the name derives from Chinese characters meaning dragon and auspicious, though the exact historical origins of the use of Longjia differ by location. The area is connected to Changchun by road and is part of the broader Changchun metropolitan region, with transportation links that include highways facilitating access to the airport and city. In addition to these, several other villages and townships across northern China may carry the same name, reflecting the common practice of reusing place names.
