Lemmatizálásához is the Hungarian word for lemmatization. Lemmatization is a process in natural language processing (NLP) that involves reducing inflected or derived words to their base or dictionary form, known as the lemma. This is distinct from stemming, which simply chops off word endings, potentially resulting in non-dictionary words. Lemmatization, on the other hand, uses vocabulary and morphological analysis to return the canonical form, which is usually the dictionary lemma of a word. For example, the lemma of "running" or "ran" is "run". Similarly, in Hungarian, the lemma of a word like "házak" (houses) would be "ház" (house). This process is crucial for many NLP tasks such as information retrieval, machine translation, and text analysis, as it helps to group together different forms of the same word, treating them as a single concept.
