LUVOIRB
LUVOIRB, or Large UV/Optical/IR Surveyor B, is a proposed space observatory concept developed by NASA. It is part of the LUVOIR (Large UV/Optical/IR) program, which aims to explore the universe using advanced telescopes. LUVOIRB is designed to be a large, space-based observatory with a primary mirror diameter of approximately 15.1 meters, significantly larger than the Hubble Space Telescope's 2.4-meter mirror. This large aperture allows LUVOIRB to capture more light, enabling it to observe distant and faint objects with greater detail.
The observatory is intended to operate in the ultraviolet, optical, and infrared parts of the electromagnetic
One of the key scientific goals of LUVOIRB is to investigate the early universe, including the first
