Kvarner
Kvarner is a geographic region in western Croatia on the northern Adriatic Sea. It includes the Kvarner Gulf (Kvarnerski zaljev) and the surrounding coastal area, and encompasses several major islands, notably Krk, Cres, Lošinj and Rab.
