Kvadrattimuoto
Kvadrattimuoto, sometimes translated as "square form" or "quadratic form," refers to a specific type of polynomial in mathematics. A quadratic form is a homogeneous polynomial of degree two. This means that every term in the polynomial has a total degree of two. For example, in two variables, a general quadratic form would be of the form ax^2 + bxy + cy^2, where a, b, and c are constants.
Quadratic forms are fundamental in various areas of mathematics, including linear algebra, differential geometry, and optimization.
Positive definite quadratic forms, for instance, are always positive for any non-zero input vector and are closely
