Krüokaitseainete

Krüokaitseainete, also known as cryoprotectants, are substances that protect biological tissues and cells from damage during freezing. Freezing can cause ice crystal formation, which can rupture cell membranes and denature proteins. Krüokaitseainete work by lowering the freezing point of water and forming a glassy or amorphous solid state, thus preventing the formation of sharp, damaging ice crystals.
