Klagegründe, a German legal term, refers to the grounds for a lawsuit. It encompasses the legal reasons and factual basis upon which a plaintiff (the party initiating the lawsuit) asserts a claim against a defendant. Essentially, klagegründe are the arguments and evidence presented to a court to persuade it that the defendant is liable and that the plaintiff is entitled to relief.
