Kiinteistönjako
Kiinteistönjako, or real estate division, is a legal and administrative process in Finland that pertains to the subdivision or combination of land parcels. It is governed by the Finnish Land Partition Act (Maanvuokralaki) and is carried out by licensed cadastral surveyors (maanmittausinsinööri). The primary purpose of kiinteistönjako is to create new, legally recognized properties from existing ones or to merge existing properties into a single unit. This process is essential for various land use and development purposes, such as selling portions of land, establishing new building sites, or consolidating ownership.
