Kertakäyttöelimet, sometimes referred to as disposable organs, is a conceptual term used in speculative biology and science fiction to describe biological structures that are produced and used by an organism for a single purpose or a limited duration, after which they are discarded or reabsorbed. This concept contrasts with the more permanent organs found in most known organisms.

The idea of kertakäyttöelimet could manifest in various ways. For instance, a creature might develop specialized appendages for a specific mating ritual that are shed afterward, or digestive organs that are adapted for a particular type of food source and then replaced once that source is depleted. While not observed in nature in the same way as permanent organs, some biological processes share conceptual similarities. Similarly, some animals, like amphibians, can regenerate lost limbs, which involves a complex biological process of tissue growth and differentiation.
