Kaubamärgikaitse

Kaubamärgikaitse is the Estonian term for trademark protection. It refers to the legal rights granted to an owner of a trademark, which is a recognizable sign, design, or expression that identifies products or services of a particular source. In Estonia, the protection of trademarks is governed by the Estonian Trademarks Act and is administered by the Estonian Patent Office (Eesti Patendiamet).
