Kanomalli

Kanomalli is a small village situated in the southern state of Karnataka, India, within the jurisdiction of the Gadag district. The settlement lies on the banks of the Hemavati River, approximately 12 kilometres north of the district headquarters, and is accessible via State Highway 44, which connects it to neighboring towns such as Ron and Laxmeshwar. As of the 2011 national census, Kanomalli had a population of roughly 3,400 residents, with a near‑equal gender distribution and a literacy rate marginally above the rural district average.
