Kampanjana

Kampanjana is a type of sacred burden or sacredποσουν疫ة (posounia) traditionally associated with various ascetic practices in Nepal and other parts of the world. It involves carrying a heavy weight, typically a load exceeding one's normal capacity, as a means of spiritual discipline. The concept is deeply rooted in Hinduism and Buddhism.
