Kaelapõimik, also known as the brachial plexus, is a network of nerves that extends from the cervical spinal cord, through the neck and axilla, and into the arm. It is formed by the anterior rami of the lower four cervical nerves (C5-C8) and the first thoracic nerve (T1). These nerves then converge and divide into trunks, divisions, cords, and finally, the terminal branches that supply motor and sensory innervation to the entire upper limb.
