KV5
KV5, also known as the Valley of the Kings, is a group of rock-cut tombs located in the Valley of the Kings, near Luxor, Egypt. It is one of the most famous and well-preserved necropolises of ancient Egypt, dating back to the New Kingdom period, approximately 1550-1070 BCE. The valley is situated on the west bank of the Nile, opposite the ancient city of Thebes, and is part of the larger Theban Necropolis.
