Józsefváros
Józsefváros is the eighth district of Budapest, Hungary, located in the eastern part of Pest. It is one of the most densely populated districts in the city and has a rich and complex history. Originally part of the depopulated area outside the city walls in the 18th century, it began to develop rapidly in the 19th century as Budapest expanded.
