Johansenrammeverket

The Johansen framework is a conceptual model used in the field of human-computer interaction and usability engineering. Developed by Jakob Nielsen, it is often referred to as the "Five Quality Attributes" or "Usability Attributes" framework. The framework outlines five key aspects that contribute to the overall usability of an interactive system. These attributes are learnability, efficiency, memorability, error prevention and recovery, and satisfaction.

Learnability refers to how easy it is for users to accomplish basic tasks the first time they encounter the design. Efficiency relates to how quickly users can perform tasks once they have learned the system. Memorability describes how easily users can re-establish proficiency after a period of not using the system. Error prevention and recovery focuses on how well the system prevents users from making errors and how effectively it helps them recover when errors do occur. Finally, satisfaction pertains to how pleasant it is to use the design. These five attributes are considered interconnected and are used as a basis for evaluating and improving the user experience of software and websites.
