Jamoatchilikka

Jamoatchilikka is an Uzbek linguistic term formed from the noun jamoatchilik, meaning “the public,” with a suffix that marks the recipient in a dative sense. The combination yields the phrase “to the public,” used to designate the audience or addressee of a message, statement, or action.
