Injektioputki

Injektioputki, also known as a syringe tube or needle tube, refers to the hollow cylinder component of a syringe. This component is crucial for holding and dispensing fluids, whether they are medications, vaccines, or other substances. The injektioputki is typically made of clear plastic or glass, allowing for visual inspection of the contents and accurate measurement of volume. It is marked with calibrated gradations along its length to indicate specific amounts.

At one end of the injektioputki is an opening designed to securely attach a needle or a luer-lock fitting, facilitating the administration or withdrawal of fluids. The other end is usually closed, forming a seal, except for the part that connects to the plunger. The plunger, a rod with a rubber or plastic stopper, moves inside the injektioputki, creating suction to draw fluid in or applying pressure to expel it. The design and material of the injektioputki are chosen to ensure sterility, chemical inertness, and the ability to withstand the forces involved in injection or aspiration.
