Indikatiivi
Indikatiivi is a term used in linguistics, particularly in relation to verb moods. It refers to the mood that expresses a statement of fact or a direct assertion. In essence, verbs in the indikatiivi are used to convey what is considered real, true, or objectively happening. This is in contrast to other moods such as the subjunctive, which expresses hypothetical situations, wishes, or doubts, or the imperative, which conveys commands.
The indikatiivi is the most common mood found in many languages and is often considered the default
