Immateriaalioikeutta, often translated as intellectual property rights, refers to a broad category of legal rights that protect creations of the mind. The primary purpose of intellectual property law is to encourage innovation and creativity by providing a framework for creators to benefit from their work, thereby fostering economic growth and cultural development.
