Ilmakiertolämmityskoneet
Ilmakiertolämmityskoneet, often translated as air handling units (AHUs), are central components in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems. Their primary function is to control and circulate air within a building to maintain desired temperature, humidity, and air quality levels. An AHU typically consists of a fan, heating and cooling coils, filters, and a housing. The fan draws in outside air and/or recirculated indoor air. This air is then passed through filters to remove dust, pollen, and other contaminants. Subsequently, the air flows over heating or cooling coils, which are supplied with hot or chilled water, to adjust its temperature. Some AHUs may also include humidifiers or dehumidifiers to control moisture levels. Finally, the conditioned air is distributed throughout the building via ductwork. AHUs are crucial for ensuring occupant comfort and for maintaining healthy indoor environments, especially in commercial and industrial settings. Their design and capabilities can vary significantly depending on the specific application and the building's requirements, ranging from simple units to complex systems with advanced control features.
