IKAPELP1
IKAPELP1, also known as IKAROS family zinc finger 1 (IKZF1) interacting protein, is a protein that plays a role in cellular processes. It is a member of the IKAPEL family, which are characterized by their interaction with the IKAROS family of transcription factors. IKAPELP1 is thought to be involved in regulating gene expression and cell differentiation. Research suggests it may interact with other proteins to form complexes that influence cellular development and function. The precise mechanisms by which IKAPELP1 exerts its effects are still under investigation, but its involvement in pathways related to cell cycle control and apoptosis has been proposed. Studies have indicated that IKAPELP1 can be found in various tissues and cell types, suggesting a broad role in biological systems. Further research is ongoing to fully elucidate the functions and downstream targets of IKAPELP1.
