IECt
IECt refers to the International Electrotechnical Commission's technical committees. These committees are responsible for developing and publishing international standards for electrical, electronic, and related technologies. Each technical committee focuses on a specific area, such as power systems, telecommunications, or renewable energy. The work of IEC technical committees is crucial for ensuring the interoperability, safety, and quality of electrical and electronic products and systems worldwide. Standards developed by these committees are voluntary but are widely adopted by national standardization bodies and used by manufacturers and regulators to ensure compliance. The IEC itself is an independent, non-governmental international organization that prepares and publishes international standards for all electrical, electronic, and related technologies. Its membership comprises national committees from over 170 countries.
