Håndledsbenene

Håndledsbenene, also known as the carpals or carpal bones, are a set of eight small bones located in the wrist. They are situated between the radius and ulna of the forearm and the metacarpals of the hand. The carpals are arranged in two rows: the proximal row, which consists of the scaphoid, lunate, triquetrum, and pisiform bones, and the distal row, which includes the trapezium, trapezoid, capitate, and hamate bones.
