Härmäläs

Härmäläs is a district located in the southern part of Tampere, Finland. It is situated near the Pispala ridge and the Pyhäjärvi lake. Historically, the area was known for its industrial activity, particularly related to the Finnish Air Force. The former Tampere–Härmälä Airport, which operated from 1936 to 1996, was a significant landmark and employer in Härmäläs.
