This reform aimed to decentralize services from municipalities to wellbeing services counties. These new counties are responsible for organizing and providing social and healthcare services to their residents. The reform also seeks to improve accessibility, cost-effectiveness, and the quality of services. The objective is to ensure that everyone has access to necessary care and support, regardless of their socioeconomic status or location.
