Humaninducedvédcsök
Humaninducedvédcsök (often abbreviated as HINDV) is a fictional species that has been described in speculative biology literature as an insect-like organism that evolved in response to intense anthropogenic environmental changes. The term is a portmanteau of “human‑induced” and the Hungarian word *védcsök*, which roughly means “safety bug.” In the proposed taxonomy the HINDV belongs to the order Isoptera, family Védcécopteridae, and genus Humaninducensis, species H. védcsök. While not documented in real-world biology, the species is used in ecological thought experiments to illustrate how extreme pollution and climate alteration can shape the evolution of new forms.
Morphologically, the HINDV is described as an arrayed exoskeleton with adaptive chromatophores that can reflect ultraviolet
