Haldusõigused

Haldusõigused refers to administrative rights or powers within the Estonian legal system. It encompasses the rights and obligations of individuals and legal entities in their interactions with public administrative bodies, as well as the powers and responsibilities of these bodies themselves. These rights are crucial for ensuring the legality and fairness of administrative decision-making and actions.

The concept of haldusõigused is primarily governed by the Administrative Procedure Act (Haldusmenetluse seadus).
