Hajauttuvan

Hajauttuvan is a Finnish participial form derived from the verb hajauttaa, meaning to decentralize or distribute. In standard Finnish, the present active participle of hajauttaa is hajauttava, and it inflects like other participles (for example hajauttavan in the genitive singular and hajauttavaa in the partitive singular). The form hajauttuvan is not a canonical standalone form in ordinary Finnish declension; when a participle is used as an adjective in a genitive noun phrase, the common forms are the corresponding genitive or other case forms of hajauttava (for example hajauttavan järjestelmän or hajauttavan lähestymistavan mukaan). If hajauttuvan appears, it is typically considered a nonstandard or dialectal variation, or it may occur in error in place of the standard hajauttavan.
