Gravitationstidsförvrängning refers to the phenomenon of time dilation caused by gravitational fields. According to the theory of general relativity, a strong gravitational field can cause time to pass slower near a massive object due to the curvature of spacetime. This effect becomes more pronounced as the gravitational field strengthens, resulting in time dilation.
