Geloutumista

Geloutumista is a Finnish term that broadly refers to the process of gelation. In chemistry and materials science, gelation is the transformation of a liquid into a gel. A gel is a semi-solid substance consisting of a liquid that is dispersed within a solid three-dimensional network.
