Gefotodiodeja

Gefotodiodeja is a type of semiconducting device used in various applications, particularly in the field of optoelectronics. It is essentially a solid-state device that facilitates the conversion of light into electrical energy, and vice versa. The device consists of a p-n junction, where one side is doped with a p-type semiconductor material and the other side with an n-type semiconductor material.

When light falls on the gefotodiodeja, it excites the electrons in the p-type material, causing them to jump to the n-type material. This movement of electrons creates an electrical current.
