Geel

Geel is the Dutch word for yellow. In color theory, geel describes the hue perceived when light has wavelengths roughly between 570 and 590 nanometers. In digital color systems, geel is produced by combining red and green light in additive color mixing; in pigment-based models it is treated as one of the primary colors in subtractive color systems.
