Forráspontja
Forráspontja is a Hungarian term that translates to "its boiling point" or "the boiling point of something" in English. It refers to the temperature at which a liquid, under a given pressure, will turn into a vapor. This phenomenon is a fundamental concept in chemistry and physics, illustrating the kinetic energy of molecules within a substance. As heat is applied to a liquid, its molecules gain energy and move more rapidly. When the molecules at the surface have enough energy to overcome the intermolecular forces holding them in the liquid state, they escape into the gaseous phase, and boiling occurs.
The forráspontja of a substance is a characteristic property, meaning it is constant for a pure substance
