Fermentoida

Fermentoida is a Finnish verb meaning to cause fermentation. Fermentation is a metabolic process in which microorganisms such as yeast, lactic acid bacteria, or acetic acid bacteria transform sugars into other compounds, including alcohol, organic acids, gases, or flavors.
