Felépítem

Felépítem is a Hungarian verb form meaning “I build up” or “I construct.” It is the first-person singular present indicative of the verb felépíteni, a compound built from the prefix fel- and építeni (to build). The prefix fel- conveys ideas such as upward direction, completion, or achievement, and it interacts with the base verb to form a new meaning.

In usage, felépíteni refers to constructing or erecting something tangible, but it can also be used metaphorically to describe building up skills, reputation, or plans. The form felépítem selects a direct object and places the emphasis on the speaker’s active construction. Hungarian allows the prefix to be separated for emphasis, so you may hear both Felépítem a házat and A házat felépítem, with the meaning preserved.
