Failisuurused refers to the size of files in computing. Understanding file sizes is essential for managing digital storage, estimating download times, and determining transmission costs. Moving up the scale, kilobytes (KB) represent approximately 1,000 bytes. Megabytes (MB) are roughly equivalent to 1,000 kilobytes, and gigabytes (GB) are approximately 1,000 megabytes. The progression continues with terabytes (TB), which are about 1,000 gigabytes, and petabytes (PB), representing 1,000 terabytes. Beyond petabytes lie exabytes (EB), zettabytes (ZB), and yottabytes (YB), which represent increasingly vast amounts of data.
