FGFRL1
FGFRL1, also known as Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor Like 1, is a protein encoded by the FGFRL1 gene. It is a single-pass type I transmembrane receptor belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. FGFRL1 is characterized by its extracellular region containing immunoglobulin-like domains and a transmembrane domain. Unlike other FGF receptors, FGFRL1 does not possess the characteristic tyrosine kinase domain in its intracellular portion.
The exact biological function of FGFRL1 is still under investigation, but it is believed to play a
