Exhaustivität, a term originating from the German word for "exhaustiveness," refers to the quality or state of being complete or all-encompassing. In various fields, exhaustivität signifies that all relevant aspects, elements, or possibilities have been considered, included, or addressed.

In logic and mathematics, exhaustivität is crucial for proofs and arguments. A proof is considered exhaustive if it covers all possible cases without omission.
