Endotelialne refers to the endothelium, which is a type of tissue that forms the inner lining of blood vessels, lymphatic vessels, and the heart. It is a single layer of flattened cells called endothelial cells. These cells play a crucial role in maintaining vascular homeostasis and regulating various physiological processes.

The endothelium acts as a selective barrier, controlling the passage of substances between the blood and the surrounding tissues.
