Emajõgi
Emajõgi is a river in Estonia that connects two of the country’s large lakes. It flows from Lake Võrtsjärv in the south, north through the central region and the city of Tartu, and empties into Lake Peipsi. The name means "Mother River" in Estonian. The river is about 100 kilometers long and is part of the Baltic Sea drainage basin.
