Emülsiyon
Emülsiyon is a mixture of two or more liquids that are normally immiscible (unmixable). In an emulsion, one liquid is dispersed in the form of tiny droplets within another liquid. For example, oil and water are immiscible. If you shake them together vigorously, you can create a temporary emulsion where small droplets of oil are suspended in water, or vice versa. However, without intervention, these droplets will eventually coalesce, and the two liquids will separate.
