Elpárologás
Elpárologás is the process by which a substance in a liquid state changes to a gaseous state due to an increase in temperature and/or pressure. This is a fundamental physical process that occurs in nature and is utilized in numerous industrial applications. The rate of evaporation is influenced by several factors, including temperature, surface area, air movement, and the substance's vapor pressure. As the temperature of a liquid rises, its molecules gain kinetic energy and are more likely to escape from the liquid surface into the surrounding atmosphere. A larger surface area exposed to the air allows more molecules to evaporate simultaneously. Wind or air currents can carry away vapor molecules, reducing the concentration of vapor above the liquid and thus encouraging further evaporation. Vapor pressure is the pressure exerted by a vapor in thermodynamic equilibrium with its condensed phases (solid or liquid) at a given temperature in a closed system. A substance with a higher vapor pressure will evaporate more readily. Common examples of elpárologás include water evaporating from oceans, lakes, and rivers, contributing to the Earth's water cycle, and the drying of clothes. In industry, evaporation is used in processes like desalination, concentrating solutions, and producing purified substances.
