Elektronisuihkulähde

An elektronisuihkulähde, which translates to electron beam source, is a device that generates and directs a focused beam of electrons. These devices are fundamental to a variety of scientific and industrial applications. The basic principle involves heating a filament, typically made of tungsten or lanthanum hexaboride, in a vacuum. This heating causes thermionic emission, where electrons are liberated from the filament's surface. These emitted electrons are then accelerated by a high voltage applied between the filament and an anode.
