Ekosystémami

Ekosystémami refers to the plural form of "ekosystém," which is the Slovak word for ecosystem. An ecosystem is a complex network of living organisms, including plants, animals, and microorganisms, interacting with each other and their physical environment. This environment, known as the abiotic component, includes elements like sunlight, water, soil, and climate. These biotic and abiotic components are intricately linked and rely on each other for survival and functioning.

The concept of ekosystémami highlights the interconnectedness of life and its surroundings. Energy flows through ecosystems, typically originating from the sun and captured by producers (plants) through photosynthesis. This energy is then transferred to consumers (animals) and decomposers (bacteria and fungi) as they interact within the food web.
