EGLE

EGLE, or the Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy, is a department within the state government of Michigan. It was established on April 30, 2019, through the merger of the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality and the Michigan Agency for Energy. The department's primary mission is to protect Michigan's environment and public health, manage its natural resources, and ensure reliable, affordable energy for the state.
